The Founder

Luke is a Central London office market expert and an Occupier Advisory specialist.

His career has spanned the City of London and West End markets, both at niche and large firm level, most recently within the Tenant Advisory Team at Carter Jonas LLP and as an Equity Partner at Mallam Property Advisors.

Luke has advised on significant transactions across all Central London sub-markets. From start-ups and SME’s to government bodies and multinationals, he uses his extensive experience of the rapidly evolving London office market to aid data driven decision making and extracts maximum value out of real estate transactions on behalf of his clients.
